My goal is to provide an intuitive platform that centralizes client data, automates repetitive tasks, and enhances business interactions, enabling teams to focus on what matters most: building relationships and driving growth.

I led product design by defining key features, collaborating with developers, and ensuring a seamless user experience. I crafted an intuitive interface with clear navigation and a structured layout. Visually, I established a modern, minimalist design for a professional and consistent brand identity.

I conducted a competitive analysis, created user personas, and mapped user needs through interviews. Identifying key pain points, I refined design goals and built an intuitive information architecture.

The analysis of top CRMs like HubSpot, Zoro, Pipedrive, Freshsales, and Nimble revealed common strengths and weaknesses.

I conducted user research with SMB professionals to identify CRM challenges, including complexity, scattered data, lack of automation, and poor mobile experience. Insights guided solutions: a user-friendly CRM, centralized client interactions, AI-powered automation, and full cross-device compatibility.

Information architecture

I structured the information architecture to ensure a seamless user experience. I designed the dashboard to provide a clear overview of key metrics, recent activities, and actionable insights at a glance. I organized the sales pipeline to track leads, opportunities, and conversions efficiently, enabling smooth deal progression. I streamlined the deals section with categorized stages, allowing users to manage negotiations, follow-ups, and closures effortlessly. By integrating intuitive navigation and logical hierarchy, I ensured that users can access critical data quickly and take action with minimal friction.

I I sketched user flows to explore key screens and interactions, focusing on simplicity and functionality. After refining the layout with low-fidelity wireframes, I developed high-fidelity versions with detailed components and interactions, ensuring a strong foundation before prototyping.
